Greetings

Welcome to Good Tidings Assembly!

We are happy to have you visit our site.
If you are looking for a lively and comtemporary Church, you have found the place of worship!

We are a family church with great worship and relevant teaching.
Our Sunday Morning Celebration Service caters for the whole family with a special programme for the kids at the Sunday school. Our Church also attracts both the seniors, young adults and the teenagers who enjoy our dynamic programmes specially designed for the different age groups. We also run groups for men, women and home fellowships.

We believe as Christians we are to serve the community both locally and internationally. We affiliate our Church with social works through supporting a drug rehabilitation centre and a home for the special needs. We also participate in world missions, planting churches, building lives and training leaders.

In Good Tidings Assembly there are plenty of room for you to serve and take part in with your family. We welcome you to join us us and see what the Lord is doing in our Church!

Good Tidings Remembering Bro. Bobby Michaels

Remembering Bobby... our friend and musicianary in the harvest field.........

We are`saddened by the news of the loss of a wonderful artist and friend of GTSA family, Bro. Bobby Michaels, a singer and missionary at heart who passed away while ministering in Cambodia. He went to be with the Lord on April 1st,2009. Bro. Bobby ministered in our Church several times the last few years and his music will continue to live in our hearts.

A message from Bobby Michaels wife Lee, daughter, Rachel, and son, Jeff:

Our hearts are aching as we tell you that Bobby passed away this evening shortly after going into the operating room. Before the surgeons started the operation, Bobby's heart stopped with an instant "flat-line". The medical team tried for 45 minutes to resuscitate him but his heart did not respond.
We are deeply saddened by our loss...but rejoice that Bobby did get totally healed...with a new heart, kidneys, and any other part that might have needed fixing. The Lord knew the plans He had for Bobby...and today was his graduation day as he went to the One he loved the most and served so faithfully. We know he was carried away in the arms of Jesus.

Words cannot express our thanks for all the love, prayers, and notes of encouragement that have come to us by everyone who have been touched by Bobby's life. Our prayer for all of you is that you will experience the same peace and comfort that we have received from the Father.

We will let you know of memorial plans once these details have made. Thank you again for all of the love and prayers for our family.
We love you all deeply

Please continue to pray for Lee and her family as they go through this time of loss.
