We are a family church with great worship and relevant teaching.
Our Sunday Morning Celebration Service caters for the whole family with a special programme for the kids at the Sunday school. Our Church also attracts both the seniors, young adults and the teenagers who enjoy our dynamic programmes specially designed for the different age groups. Prayer Commission Week

“Whenever God determines to do a great work, he first sets his people to pray.” - C.H. Spurgeon

This year, come 21st to 23rd May (Thur to Sat), the Assemblies of God Prayer Commission is organising a Prayer Seminar, themed, “Ablaze Breakthrough” in Glad Tidings Petaling Jaya, Jalan Gasing and is inviting us to come together to stand in the gap for our nation Malaysia . You are also invited to participate in a 10 days fasting and prayer for our beloved nation. In view of whatever that is happening in our country, only prayer can break the spiritual bondages that hold and weight us down. We need to seek His hands of guidance

We have invited an international speaker for the event , Pastor Barbara J. Yoder who is the founding apostle and senior pastor of Shekinah Christian Church, a racially and culturally diverse church in Ann Arbor, Michigan USA. She is known for her cutting edge prophetic ministry and apostolic breakthrough anointing. Pastor Barbara travels extensively ministering at various conferences. She moves powerfully in the area of spiritual warfare and breakthrough on a corporate level. She preaches the Word of God, which breaks through hard and impossible situations in individuals, churches and cities. Ps Barbara authored ‘The Breaker Anointing & Taking On Goliath”. She serves on the Board of Governors of Christian International under the direction of Bishop Bill Hamon and is the Michigan State Cordinator Global Apostolic Prayer Network under Dr Peter Wagner and Dr Chuck Pierce.

The Holy Alphabets

Although things are not perfect

Because of trial or pain

Continue in thanksgiving

Do not begin to blame

Even when the times are hard

Fierce winds are bound to blow

God is forever able

Hold on to what you know

Imagine life without His love

Joy would cease to be

Keep thanking Him for all the things

Love imparts to thee

Move out of "Camp Complaining"

No weapon that is known

On earth can yield the power

Praise can do alone

Quit looking at the past

Redeem the time at hand

Start every day with worship

Thanksgiving is a command

Until we see Him coming

Victorious in the sky

We'll run the race with gratitude

X alting God most high

Yes, there'll be good times and yes some will be bad, but...

Zion waits in glory....where none is ever sad

Healing Service update from Ps. Elijah

Last August we had a Healing Service with Pastor Elijah Kang. It was a hands on training for our members to pray for the sick. Pastor Kang led the leaders to pray and lay their hands on the sick exercising their faith in God to use them as a channel of His healing. It was a wonderful evening of God's presence and healing. To God be the Glory!

You shall lay hands on the sick and they shall be healed in His name.....

The Shadow of the Cross

Picture courtesy of Sis.Wendy Ee.....shadow by Bro.Stanley Wong

The shadow of the Cross

I take, O cross, thy shadow
For my abiding place;
I ask no other sunshine than
The sunshine of His face,
Content to let the world go by,
To know no gain or loss,
My sinful self my only shame
My glory is the cross.

Upon that cross of Jesus
My eyes at times can see
The very dying form of One
Who suffered there for me:
And from my smitten heart, with tears,
To wonders I confess
The wonders of His glorious love
And my unworthiness.
Be-neath the cross of Je-sus,
I fain would take my stand,
In the Shad-ow of a might-y Rock
With-in His safety band
Someday I 'll met my Jesus
And see His nail pierced hands
With arms extended wide He'll say
Welcome home my friend.

Observing Passion Week

Passion week or also known as the Holy week commemorates the events of our Lord's last week before his Death where he was brutally beaten ,abused, scoffed and suffered on the cross to atone for the sins of the world.

Our Church would like to encourage every member to take this time to observe a time of fasting and praying to reflect and remember our Lord's suffering for our sake. We encourage you to fast a meal , or to abstain from meat during this week.

Fasting helps us realize our emptiness and dependence, to seek the One who alone satisfies our needs, fills our hunger and our thirst for righteousness. When we fast we are nurturing our interior disposition to listen to Christ and be fed by His saving word.
