Children Ministry

Keeping kids excited about being in church is an important part of helping them to grow in Christ and keep on growing. Our Children's ministry aims to lead the kids to a firsthand knowledge of Jesus Christ and to build a strong foundation for the little ones to remain in Christ. Children need to know that they are the church. Children need to learn to worship God at a tender age.

We offer an exciting children's discovery programme in our weekly lessons teaching them Bible Study, worship songs, crafts activities, fun games and light refreshments for the little ones to enjoy. We provide an environment of support and accountability while helping the kids to develop their gifts and abilities. Your children will have an opportunity to learn singing, acting and dancing for the Lord.

We already have a wonderful and exciting programme and activities lined up for 2009.

Parents sent your kids to the children church for them to be admonished in the ways of God.

We have classes for all ages ranging from 2 onwards to 12 years old. The children will worship in the adult service at 10.30am before adjourning to their respective classes. Your kids will be blessed!

Young Adult is Launching in March

You’ve heard of a “midlife crisis,” but what about a “quarter-life”? Balancing family, friends, faith, and the future -- being a young adult means exciting years full of new opportunities and experiences, along with challenges and confusion.

Young adults from the age of 18th to late 30's are people with the energy, ideas, creativity and passion. We the church want to empower such a generation for Christ so that your lives will be an impact to the community and beyond. The launch of the Young Adult Ministry is to unlock the potential in you through dynamic opportunities and evangelism.

A Network for our Ladies

" Ladies Ministry" is the ministry for women in Good Tidings Church or who are a part of our local community here in Shah Alam.

Women have many challenges today. We live in a broken world. Women are faced with wearing many hats - from being a wife, mom, sister, daughter and friend, the challenges seem to escalate. As our society progresses in its knowledge and technology, not to mention the many different views that surround us on a daily basis, women are caught in the middle of all the chaos. It is no wonder that many feel lonely, desperate and confused. Our desire is to see any and every woman who visits us feel welcome, accepted and comfortable. We seek to build relationships, encourage, and support one another– to talk, laugh, cry, process, and journey through life together

Our goal is reach out to women so they can connect with each other in an atmosphere of fellowship and friendship.
With the help of the Holy Spirit, we want women to find their place in God’s ultimate plan for their lives. We hope to reach out to their felt needs.

Good Tidings Ladies's Ministry offers many opportunities for us to be an extension of God’s love to each other as we seek to find our ultimate place in the Body of Christ.


Paul admonishes the Colossian believer with the following words and we can identify with his teaching – “My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ…” Colossians 2:2

Our Men Ministry

The GTSA Men Ministry started in 2002 and we have a fine group of core leaders running the ministry, capable of handling seminars, evangelistic banquets, community services, organising seminars, visitations, members drive and etc.

Our main objective is to reach men everywhere for the Lord Jesus Christ.

So Men …..

We have a great Fellowship Connect Group to help build areas of spirituality, church life, family, ministry and mentoring you.

We meet up every quarterly to minister and fellowship with one another together.
We have organised several
Evangelistic Banquets, Community Services such as FREE health Check and a blood donation drive, Seminars and Hospital/Home Visitations for prayers and follow ups with new and old members. Not forgetting we have lunch and fellowship with our new visitors.

Leadership Seminar

The Men Ministry will be hosting a leadership seminar training by Rev. Ronald Ooi,who a season minister and mentor to many young pastors. All Leaders, Heads of departments, Cell leaders and members are encourage to attend the training to be equipped to serve effectively.

Come and be trained and empowered to serve in excellence.
There will be light refreshments served.

The Children had a wonderful time at the Christmas Party. The Christmas play was beautifully and confidently performed by the GTSA Children cast....They kids enjoyed themselves very much with all the programs lined up for the day. Indeed was a funfilling day.
